As of September 2011, I am a PhD candidate at the Design and Analysis of Communication Systems (DACS) group of the University of Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands. My main topics of interest are network flow monitoring (by means of NetFlow/IPFIX), network security and network data visualization.

I was born in Ulm, Germany, on May 28, 1988. In 2009, I received my B.Sc. degree in Telematics at the University of Twente. At the same university, I obtained my M.Sc. degree (cum laude) in 2011.
